Comforting Stay
My stay was nothing short of perfection. All the necessary and required information was sent to my phone, be it not for the hurricane that made landfall during my stay the cleanliness of the property would been immaculate. Staff members showed great quality care, especially in their actions assisting me during an emergency.

Good day, my overall experience wasnt the best however still wasnt the worst. The property was just as advertised and was cozy and comfortable. As it relates to cleanliness that was where my issues began, i had roaches crawling around in my unit, realized the towel were stained and not properly cleaned but most of all my one of my biggest issue apart for the roaches, hair was all over the room, on the bed, in the shower and on the area where the iron board is. I had no other choice but to do an early check out of my room lastnight as i didnt want roaches to start going in my food. This complaint about roaches in the room was also made to the receptionist guy too. The system isnt allowing me to upload photos

I checked in on a Sunday everything was great the room was nice but on Monday they started doing remodeling on the apartment on top of us and it was noisy all week long. They finally moved me to another apartment on the last day of my stay. Just make sure you are ready to pay for parking everyday day they charge by the hour daily.

This property turned out to be great! I had a little trouble upon arrival because I hadn't been sent my check in info and couldn't enter the gate, another guest helped me find the check in lady (who isnt usually on site) Id just say make sure you check in early so your info can be sent quickly. The rooftop was such a vibe and the rooms were beachy and clean :) I definitely would stay here again !

The hotel was in renovations workers start at 8am waking us up, beds frames are loose and shaky,other than that room was great, room was super clean, feel safe in the hotel, close to the beach

They continue to post that they have a front desk. There is no front desk. Room code did not work, and when called for assistance, the person trying to assist me had a very heavy accent. I couldn’t understand a word. Horrible.

Absolutely! Upon arrival, we could NOT get in the gate. Once we were let in, there were NOT enough towels in the room for three of us! We woke up with roaches in the bathroom and kitchen every day. There were Big Red Ants in the bed every morning when we turned on the lights. We were Not able to shower daily due to: not enough towels, we asked the office manager and the house keeper and they said they don't have any Extra! I already paid for the room and did not want to get another room for extra money. It was a horrible experience!!!! Also, there was sawdust flying everywhere from construction. The construction was so loud we were woken up by 10am daily!
