Decent but basic.
The location, especially for the price is fantastic but it’s basic. The bed and pillows were excellent but the heating was ineffective and the weather was chilly while we were there. Reception is only from 8-12 and you’re charged extra to check in after 7pm. It’s rooms rather than a hotel.

The staff at check in was very friendly. The room and the surrounding area were great for seeing some prime sights like the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. All very walkable. There a nearby Carefour Express for groceries and lots of good restaurant options, all just steps away. We were only there one night and it was a very convenient location- 15 min walk to a metro. The only down side to the hotel was that the reception isn’t staffed 24/7. They are very communicative in order to make sure you are able to get into your room but it requires coordinating with them via WhatsApp to let them know your exact arrival time. AC in the room was adequate. Super clean, spacious room with updated and sparkling clean bath/shower. Tiny little elevator but better than walking up 3 flights with luggage.

There were some great restaurants right outside the hotel door. The location was perfect and the staff was so nice. I loved that they sent me an email with where to eat different meals in the area. It was a boutique style hotel which I do really like. Thanks for a nice stay.

I cannot say enough positive things about the Belsiana House. Its location is very convenient to get around to all of the landmarks, as well as the quieter areas of the city. We had an outstanding stay at The Belsiana Inn. The staff is excellent! The location was on a lightly traveled street, just east of, and parallel to Via Corso, a major thoroughfare. The Belsiana had tons of shopping and food in all directions. Our transportation was able to quickly drop us off directly in front of the Inn. A major taxi stand is a short walk south. Located next door is the desk, where they assist you with check-in and answer your questions. The Belsiana is located between the Piazza Popolo to the north and the Spanish Steps/Trevi Fountain to the south. We would stay again.
