Excellent stay!
The hotel is in an excellent position just a few minutes walk from the station, check in was quick and easy with the help of the very efficient and friendly staff on duty at the time. The rooms and the whole hotel was exceptionally clean this includes the fitness room and the sauna which is not normally available until 5pm but the hotel staff opened up the sauna on request from 7am so we could use it before breakfast. The cold buffet style breakfast was varied and of a very high standard which included hot eggs and bacon cooked to order. The check out was simple and we were able to use the free bag storage facility and spend the rest of our last day in Munich without carrying our bags with us. The quirky nature of the rooms with the clear glass shower cubicles next to the beds provides an interesting talking point but this was not an issue for us.

I left something in my room and emailed them immediately when I got to the airport, so 52 mins after leaving the hotel. Asked if it can be sent to me and I'd pay for the shipping and they said nothing was left in my room. Which I know for a fact it was cause I left a bottle of champagne in the fridge that barely worked as well. I can't get this item ever again or anywhere else. I even offered to pay for the shipping. They have not emailed me back and it's been 4 days. Also the Air conditioner (if you want to call it that) barely worked. Woke up sweating every night. The check in process I felt not great at all. They had one screen up with everyone's info on it while we had to check ourselves in. I will not be staying here again or any of the other properties they have. The room and hotel seemed out of date. There are better hotels around Munich I will stay next time.

Beautiful hotel, but bad service.
My friend and I arrived one hour after check-in time, and the hotel still didnt have our room ready for us. We obviously asked if we could get a different room, but we were denied our request. They send is down tp the basement to their wellness room to wait for 1 hour. When we finally got to our hotelroom we were pleased to see how great i looked, and we enjoyed our overall stay.

Really enjoyed my two-night stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly from the moment I checked in. As a tourist I received helpful information when I needed it from knowledgeable staff. Loved the breakfast in the restaurant. My room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Also loved the option to have dinner in the Flemings Restuarant that was cozy, friendly, delicious and right nearby! The was a world cup soccer game on and everyone was very enjoying it and the comradery in the dining area. Very fun for a solo traveler.

Comfortable room with lovely breakfast and ideally located. Room was good size with air con- but we were surprised to find the shower totally glass- which with two friends room sharing, was a little awkward. Thst aside, pretty decent hotel and good value.

Hotel room was comfortable, nicely decorated and modern, equipped with kettle and tea/coffee. Great air conditioning! My room faced the streeet so the passing trams were a bit noisy early in the morning. Hotel staff were friendly. I enjoyed the hotel breakfast.
