Good pool and breakfast. I just feel it should be cheaper like 100 for the type of breakfast they offer. Even employees eats from it. Good size pool to relax an hour. Towels could be replace they are little raspy but clean.

The place looked nice but, for how tired we were... the way rooms were organized we couldnt easily access them. we got 5 rooms and two of them had coachroaches. Front desk staff was rude and dry but... the lady of the morning was nice.

Cerca al centro comercial y al centro de convenciones. Transporte público hacia el centro excelente. Desayuno Buffet excelente. Falta mayor limpieza en el hotel. El baño antiguo pero en buen estado. Cortinas antiguas recomiendo actualizarlas.

Acudí del 1 al 4 de diciembre 2024. El personal del hotel es amable y atiende las solicitudes rápidamente. El desayuno buffet del hotel es bueno y a buen precio. La camarista hace muy bien su trabajo de limpieza. Solo creo que necesita renovar varios insumos, y también una fumigación con atención tal vez a algunas habitaciones. Fui fumadora pasiva porque se percibía un olor muy fuerte a cigarro en el baño de mi habitación.

Esta muy deteriorado, mucho ruido en el aire acondicionado, camas muy duras colchas sucias, el baño con grietas, toallas duras con muchos lavados. El servicio muy bueno y atento, una remodelacion al menos en la torre 1 les ayudaria mucho.
