A week holiday with family
Our stay in the hotel was comfortable and we did not have any problem. Maybe it would be good to inform guests in advance that the capacity of the hotel parking lot is limited and not all guests can be satisfied (which fortunately was not our case). However if the guests have the possibility to use the parking lot, they shall be ready to make certain maneuvers with the car before entering the door to the garage (to back up perpendicular to the opposite sidewalk so that they can enter the door straight :-)).

I asked last minute if they could change me from a double to a twin room, and they were able to make the change without an additional charge. I'm thankful for how accommodating they were on this. On the sustainability side, I like that they had soap and shampoo dispensers (with really nice shampoo) rather than those mini bottles, and actual glasses in the bathroom instead of single-use plastic cups. The glasses still had disposable lids on them, which are totally unnecessary, so they could still reduce the waste there. However, the cleaners did not adhere to what I thought was a universal hotel convention that if a towel is hung up then it doesn't need to be replaced. So the staff needs some training to reduce the waste from unnecessary laundry. Location was ideal for our weekend stay in Hasselt and overall the hotel was very nice. I would recommend it.

Goede b&b voor een nacht in Hasselt centrum
1 nacht met twee. Goede en beleefde service. Enkel last van luide/lastige buren, maar dit was uitzonderlijk. Het hotel heeft meteen opgetreden. Indien we verder last zouden ondervinden mochten we een andere kamer nemen. Maar we waren er voor 1 nacht. Overal goed. Voor de parking moet je eerst inchecken aan de balie en mag je even parkeren vooraan de inkom met de wagen en daarna krijg je instructies van het personeel om naar de parking te geraken van het hotel.
