Thoroughly recommend.
Stayed for two nights as was attending a family funeral. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room and toilet were clean. Hotel was warm throughout, breakfast was very good and the bar prices were very reasonable.

On arrival the electrics to the hotel had gone down, we received a complimentary hot drink The room we stayed in had no heating so was freezing cold, I suppose if I had of mentioned it I would have got some portable heaters It won't put me off staying here again though, Thank you

Great, well priced stay close to the Brecon Beacons and great for travelling by train into Cardiff (approx 1 hour). Clean, functional facilities with the bonus of a cooked breakfast each morning. Staff polite, friendly and willing to help when required.

Difficult to fault this place for the money paid. Rooms are spotlessly clean, if a little dated. Staff are very friendly and helpful and allowed us to store our bikes in the room for a bike park Wales trip the following day. Good breakfast for all. Would definitely recommend and would stay again

The things that stood out the most was how incredibly friendly was every staff member in the hotel and how clean the hotel was, my room smelled nice when I arrived. Breakfast was good, it’s a shame that advertised dinner service was not available on neither days off my stay. The Negative point is non existent sound insulation and super loud kids at almost 11pm.

The Level Inn was perfect for our stay. We were walking in the Brecon Beacons and it was within great proximity to Blorenge and Sugar Loaf mountain and Abergavenny. The room was clean, had a socket either side of the bed, tea and coffee making facilities with kettle. It was fantastic value for money and included a nice cooked breakfast. The staff were lovely; very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again

Simple basic hotel in a mostly residential area, fine for 1 night stay, good full English breakfast included, friendly helpful staff. We had a disabled room with a huge wet room style bathroom, clearly very helpful for a guest with mobility issues. Only downside was the very small hand basin. Would stay again when in the area.

My go-to stay in the upper valleys.
Lovely welcome from Sue who briefed me fully as it was my first time stay. Informed me of the various eating options in the town, though in the morning I enjoyed a whopper of a cooked breakfast - top drawer. Room and bathroom very comfortable, good shower and a very comfortable nights sleep with plenty of pillows. Good parking and access. This will be my go-to overnight stay at the top of the valleys. Excellent for one night stay close the Pen y Fan where i was entered into a race. Staff were excellent and even offered a bacon roll to us as we were leaving before breakfast was started so thanks very much to the young lady who made us these.
