Things were broken like an outlet in the bathroom didnt work changing tub to shower didnt work barely any water from shower but tub spout was like a waterfall. People are the front desk didnt know how to code keys. People in our group had to keep getting keys reset. A few people got rooms changed because tvs were working then got move to a new room where the tv also wasnt working. We stayed there 2 years ago it was a decent place new owners seem like they are letting it go.

I was less than thrilled -- the decor was outdated & cheap, the floors felt like concrete, the bed was equally concrete-like (very old creaky mattress that felt like it was from a mattress liquidator place), there were horrible acoustics (I could hear neighbors talking, the cleaning crew were loud & obnoxious in the halls)...bad TV and lighting...there wasn't anything that I would rave about..
