We stayed here one night. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They had valet parking, which was nice. We didn't have any trouble finding our car when we wanted to leave. All the staff was friendly. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't speak to that. Not about the hotel but, it was a little confusing how to get to the Christmas Market from the hotel, but in the end we found our way.

We found the hotel easily, and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Isabel at the front desk greeted us warmly and took the time to explain all the hotel facilities, which made us feel at home right away. Great location for the station and 8 minute walk to the casino. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only minor thing is the hotel is situated on a sometimes busy road and we could hear loud cars and motorcycles from our room but it didn’t spoil our stay.
