La douche dans la baignoire sans point d'accrochage au mur est tout sauf pratique ainsi que de devoir traverser la rue depuis la réception de l'hÎtel pour se rendre aux WC ! La salle du petit déjeuner au deuxiÚme sous-sol est difficilement accessible à des personnes handicapées.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the service is very courteous. Breakfast is rich and varied. The only problem is that there is no lift to the rooms (there is help of the personnel for the luggages).

This was our first time to Prague for my wife and me. We took the metro into town; probably should have used a 30 Euro taxi or express bus to get into town for the first time since it was somewhat disorienting arriving by metro. The hotel entrance is located inside a courtyard of other establishments. Our room was on the third floor so a walk up the stairs since no lift. The staff was very helpful in every way. The breakfast was served by the restaurant across the street. It was an excellent breakfast ...well worth it. Reference the photo for a few other referrals.

Vi bor her for 3. gang - opplevelsen er like bra hver gang : ) Froskosten er nok medium, etter norsk standard, men omgivelsene i spisesalen veier opp for det ! Hotellet har en fantastisk beliggenhet i bakgÄrden til Tyn- kirken, kun 2 minutt Ä gÄ til gamlebytorget og det Astronomiske uret. Anbefales absolutt.

This is a very good hotel and the staff really made us welcome. Our only criticism (with the hotel and Prague Old Town) is that it is not wheelchair or pushchair friendly. However in the hotel the excellent staff were on hand whenever assistance was required.

Es war alles klasse, mit zwei Mankos: Im Bad war nur eine Wanne, keine Dusche. Das machte das Duschen kompliziert. Sonst war das Zimmer Top. Eine große EnttĂ€uschung war das FrĂŒhstĂŒck. Es war so furchtbar, dass wir die letzten beiden Tage woanders frĂŒhstĂŒcken waren, obwohl wir fĂŒr das FrĂŒhstĂŒck im Hotel 26€ pro Tag bezahlt hatten. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck findet im Keller des italienischen Restaurants gegenĂŒber von Hotel statt. Der Keller ist ein hohes Gewölbe Dadurch ist der LĂ€rmpegel extrem. Das Ganze wird noch von Panflötenmusik auf Dauerschleife untermalt. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet ist, freundlich gesagt, rudimentĂ€r. Wenig Auswahl ohnehin, dazu wird nichts nachgelegt bzw aufgefĂŒllt. Wenn man um 9 Uhr, zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck kam war die KĂ€seplatte beinahe leer, es gab keine Brot-oder Brötchenauswahl mehr usw. Vorhanden waren lediglich trockene, kleine Brötchen die wie Pappe schmeckten. Kaffee gab es aus einem Kaffeeautomaten, der den Kaffee aus Pulver zubereitete. Frisches Obst gab es nicht, nur Fruchtcocktail aus der Dose. Usw. Das Hotel nimmt 5 Sterne fĂŒr sich in Anspruch. Dieses FrĂŒhstĂŒck wĂ€re fĂŒr ein 1 oder 2 Sterne Hotel passend. DafĂŒr noch 13€ pro Person und Tag zu verlangen ist eine UnverschĂ€mtheit. Weil wir das FrĂŒhstĂŒck bei der Buchung im voraus mitgebucht hatten kamen wir aus der Situation auch nicht raus. Wir haben woanders gefrĂŒhstĂŒckt und haben daher doppelt fĂŒr unser FrĂŒhstĂŒck bezahlt Das Hotel ist klasse. Nur kein FrĂŒhstĂŒck mit buchen

Hotel Metamorphis Excellent er super godt - lige sÄ godt som Hotel Metamorphis som ligger lige ved siden af. Begge hoteller ligger super godt i Centrum af Prag - en sikker vinder hvér gang. Hotel Metamorphis Excellent har dog IKKE elevator - det har Hotel Metamorphis. SÄ efter 10-15 km gÄtur rundt i Prag kan man godt blive lidt Þm i stÊngerne, nÄr man skal gÄ op til 3 sal. SÄ hvis man Þnsker elevator, sÄ skal man vÊlge Hotel Metamorphis. Men ellers super godt hotel:-)

DÄlig luft i rummet. Luftkonditioneringen var avstÀng, fick svaret att det inte var sÀsong för det utan vi skulle öppna fönstret för att fÄ bÀttre luft. SÀngarna var stenhÄrda & kuddarna platta, fanns inga extra att fÄ heller. Vi bodde dÀr 4 dygn, nÀr vi packade för hemresan tittade jag under sÀngen sÄ vi inte glömt nÄt, dÄ fick jag se att det lÄg massor med skrÀp dÀr frÄn tidigare gÀster, det var godis, godispapper, plastpÄsar, papperskrÀp, en teckning, papperspÄse mm. Det mesta godiset var pÄskgodis, vilket betyder att det lÀr inte vara ordentligt stÀdat pÄ minst 4 veckor. Jag plockade ihop skrÀpet & tog med det till reseptionen vid utcheckningen, det enda dom kunde göra var att ge oss en flaska mouserande vin. Ingen av personalen kunde le eller se det minsta glad ut. Den enda som var trevlig & glad var tjejen pÄ SPA avdelningen nere i kÀllaren. Men förutom hotellet sÄ var vÄran vistelse i Prag super trevlig.
