Hotel need to renew all the ac outlets because is very difficult to connect the electronics. Food is just ok. Not a good place to stay in Pachuca but there are no more options.

We had stayed at this hotel before but were surprised by several little details that are being overlooked. The heating in our room didn't work, and when I called to report it they said someone would come to fix it, but it never happened (the room was quite cold, it is one of the coldest cities in Mexico!). The lamp and wall socket in the nightstand didn't work. The towels were frayed on the edges. The TV in our room kept turning on in the middle of the night, we had to unplug it to be able to sleep. The carpet in the hallways was quite dirty. The restaurant couldn't accommodate us at 8:30am on Saturday morning because it was reserved for a sports team, as if we weren't also guests in the hotel. We had to find out somewhere else to have breakfast that morning. In general, the staff was curteous and kind.

Esperaba más de un Camibo Real
Bien ubicado, aunque mal señalizado y oscuro para entrar al área donde está. Los jardines alrededor del hotel, deplorables. La cama dura, la duela del piso rota, el gym viejísimo y el garrafón sin agua y las canastas sin toallas limpias. El internet jamás funcionó. Lo bueno: la regadera y el desayuno. Para ser un Camino Real, esperaba mucho más. Probablemente por eso es tan económico.
