Great location, easy to walk places; however they did not have the room that we booked originally. We got what seemed to be a standard room from a deluxe room that was originally booked. Not too many amenities or events when we were there like the hotel originally stated. It’s also very dark in the hotel, cool construction and decor but overall dark ambiance.

The staff at Volga were fantastically friendly and warm, but our overall stay was not at all as expected. The hotel is not as it appears in the listing, VIP amenities were not available, and Expedia was not helpful AT ALL. We would NOT recommend. We had too many issues to detail here, but we are VERY disappointed in Expedia and the property, but not the hotel staff.
