Decadent hotel in horrible conditions. The curtain was riped, sheets that barely cover the over stained mattress, bathroom door falling apart, only two small pillows for a double bed and when I called the front desk they stated they didn’t have any extra. Besides that we also found a few cockroaches in the room. Definitely didn’t worth the stay. Almost forgot: they charged extra 30 reais for parking.

Only good for its location
The best thing about this hotel is its location at Porto da Barra, just a few steps away from the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc. But the hotel itself is dated and poorly maintained. The lift has problems, the room and bathroom need urgent renovation, or at least a (very) deep clean. In the gym, none of the 3 threadmills worked and the space was left filthy, with dead cockroaches all over the floor day after day. I had booked a 5 day stay but left after just 2. Shame as the location is juet perfect.

May problems with this hotel. Look at others.
Im a experienced traveler for working and pleasure. This is one of the worse hotels I have been to. Hotels that are cheaper are better. First 2 nights we could not get a blanket. 3ed night we got a blanket after days waiting on one. Still had to ask several times a day for it. 4th night we were there the maid left the blanket but took the sheet! They also don’t have hand towels. Towels are old and ratty. Shower head was broken. Mirror lost most of the reflection. Place was clean. Breakfast was below average. Windows are not sound proof. It is in busy area with nightlife so very noisy. First day only two elevator worked, one regular other was service elevator. Second day no elevators worked. 3 Ed day all 3 worked. 4th day only 2 worked. Hair dryer did not work. Safe did not work. I asked front desk 3 times to repair. We finally gave up.

Café da manhã bem fraco, mesmas opções sempre. O hotel é muito grande então a quantidade de hóspedes gera grandes filas nos elevadores( que são bem velhos e lentos) e na hora do café da manhã. Atendentes da recepção mal humoradas, corredores fedidos, travesseiro velho, banheiros mal higienizados etc. Único ponto positivo é a localização

O hotel tem vários serviços básicos, mas todos oferecidos "conforme disponibilidade". Coisas como um mero cobertor, vaga de estacionamento estão nessa categoria. O café da manhã é bastante simples, com poucas alternativas. Pra uma estadia mais longa, pode se tornar um problema. Apesar de ter um elevador, o último andar somente pode ser acessado subindo escadas. Os equipamentos do quarto, embora mostrem claramente a idade que já têm, funcionam perfeitamente. A piscina é ótima, grande e com diferentes níveis de profundidade. É uma opção pra quem quiser ficar perto do mar, a preços mais módicos.
