Wonderful new hotel, which is hard to find in Paulista area of SP. A little bit of a walk to main restaurants in Jardins, but otherwise very centrally located to Uber everywhere. Room and bed were super comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was great.

This is a clean, well-run property in a good location. The staff was friendly and attentive. On the last day we asked for a late check-out and they generously offered us 4pm without additional charge!

Great team, friendly and supportive with a number of team members having a good understanding of the English language. The building and rooms recently renovated and very comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast choices are broad enough to accommodate any dietary requirements. Highly recommend for anyone visiting São Paulo for whatever the occasion.

This is a high end business hotel in a nice walkable area of São Paulo. The room was clean and had nice amenities. Breakfast was amazing! Unfortunately the hotel could not accommodate an early check-in and a late check-out during this stay, even when I was willing to pay. Not sure I will be back - there are more friendly hotels nearby.

Estive anteriormente neste hotel e posso afirmar que o atendimento piorou muito. Algumas atendentes da recepcao com total ma vontade em resolver o problema do hospede. Quarto muito peqieno, falta armario para guardar as roupas, cama boa, mas travesseiros muito ruins, extremamentes moles, sem qualquer sustentacao. Cafe da manha e restaurante bons. Existem, por esse preco, melhores opcoes em sao paulo
