The hotel looked nice from the exterior, however, the area around it wasn’t very picturesque. All the staff we encountered were very nice & helpful. The massages were brilliant, we had Gerita ( proberly spelt wrong) who proved to be excellent at her job. Such a shame about the surrounding area.

Charming property, lots of flowers, quiet neighbourhood, nice beach. Pool is more for children rather than adults. Pool area was a bit congested. Nice staff, good service. Good check-in with lots of helpful information provided about the property. Good breakfast. Quality of food at breakfast was better than at dinner. Room was a bit dated. First night there was leak from the bathroom ceiling, which lasted all night. Apparently this was due to a problem with the air conditioning. Garden view room in block 1 was quite spacious but it overlooked Natura Playa, the rubbish area and the driveway for deliveries. Somewhat noisy and not the nicest view.
