Not bad but not great either, the worst part is how they charge incidental deposit and then it takes forever for them to give it back. I cannot understand how they do this or why. I get you have to pay it in order to cover anything that may happen but I know for a fact that it can be cleared and returned the same day as check out right there at the front desk while you are checking out. They don’t do this in hopes that people forget about the money.

Great stay with a family of four
Let me start off by saying we had a great time. I am originally from winters and was traveling with my husband and two kids for my sister’s wedding. This hotel is In a very quiet area. I love that it was only 9 miles from winters but super close to all the shops etc in Vacaville. My family and I do some fun traveling with my husband for men’s softball so we stay in hotels quite a bit. This one has been by far one of the best ones. 1. Super quiet location. 2. Great breakfast 3. Heated pool 4. Staff was friendly, especially the kitchen staff. They were amazing. 5. Super clean. We stayed in a studio 1 king and a pull out sofa. The room was spacious enough for my Kids to have a play area, and a Nice kitchen area with an island to Eat together. Overall I loved our stay and I am sure we will be using Hyatt homes in Vacaville for our next trip to visit my family.

You will love this place!
Every aspect of our stay was wonderful. Carrie was cheerful and friendly when we checked in. She was helping another customer when came in and he was incredibly rude and was angry he couldn't pay with cash. He decided not to check in which I was happy for. Carrie was polite but firm and handled the entire episode very professionally. Everyone we encountered during our time there was friendly and helpful. The gym was clean and had a great selection of equipment, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. Our room was clean and modern and very quiet. There was plenty of close parking. We are already talking about making the trip next year and looking forward to staying again.

Hyatt is always very reliable, I am a World of Hyatt member and I stay at a lot of different Hyatt properties, this one is every bit as good as the others. It was clean and quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and I always appreciate that. The staff was very friendly and attentive without being intrusive.
