Great stay, this is a proper bed & breakfast! Food at restaurant was excellent; we had dinner and breakfast there. Room was clean and spacious. Located in a beautiful village which is a 3-mile walk to Bibury.

Beautiful property in a beautiful village, lovely staff plus we got upgraded to the top floor suite which had bags of character and was meticulously clean. Perfect.

Great location , limited choose of food in the restaurant. Staff were great. Cleaners left underwear in the chest of draws from previous occupants. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay and visit

The staff was amazing. We paid for breakfast and it was so delightful. Overall was such a great experience. Just a lovely place. Gorgeous and so quant.

Beautiful pub and room was decorated really comfortably. Bathroom was also decorated really well although a bit tired and the aircon unit outside the window was rattling away, couldn’t close the window to block the noise as it had been jammed open. Breakfast service was poor, waited 20 minutes before getting given a menu and then gave up waiting after that

I booked the New Inn with high expectations and initially we were impressed. Over time our initial perceptions changed. Yes, the food was very nice, but the menu is limited. Car parking can be an issue if the place is busy with no reserved spaces for guests. The shower mixer valve did not work leaving the water excessively hot and therefore could not use. When paying a premium price per night one expects all these things to work.
