Needs some attention
We were given a room that the swipe card didn’t work. It took 3 staff to try and resolve and they ended up changing our room. Another couple had the same experience for the room as we did no more than hour 1 later. The electric blinds didn’t work, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly with dust collecting in the corners of the bathroom. The mini bar had the draw front broken off and placed in the cupboard.

Perfect
Being greeted with a glass of bubbles and delicious chocolates on check in was a perfect start. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very nice. Views were fantastic. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable and the pillows were like clouds! Very close to restaurants, bars, shopping, casino. Parked the car and did not need it again. We will be back.

Had a beautiful stay at Pan Pacific in Melbourne, friendly and helpful stuff, clean and comfy room with an amazing view of the Yarra river was an amazing experience! Room service was fast and easy to organised and all questions I had were answered perfectly to make the stay more comfortable and easy! Would highly reccomend and will be back again!
