The room was clean and comfortable, but there were significant issues that affected my stay:
I had booked a superior double room, but the room I was given did not match that description.
Prior to my stay, I informed the hotel via email that this was a business trip. However, I was extremely disappointed to find that I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi, and the staff were unable to resolve the issue. The receptionist informed me that the Wi-Fi was not enabled for laptops, forcing me to purchase a dongle and rely on mobile data, which was challenging due to the hotel's weak signal.
Additionally, the hotel does not provide breakfast, so I had to pay an extra £8 per day for breakfast, which was not worth the cost.
