Do not stay here!!!l
These guys placed a $1200 hold on my card and have not released it for over 3 weeks.
I have confirmed there is nothing outstanding multiple times. They have done nothing about it.
Very slow to assist, including during our stay where we asked for a dark and quiet room as we had a baby. The room is not dark, there is a massive light outside the window and their solution was to tape a cardboard box to it. This took about 4 calls to reception before anything happened and ended up falling off during the night.
Extremely slow service, not worth the expense. Stay somewhere that values their customers more and doesn’t hold your money long after you’ve checked out.
