My only complaint would be the lack of air conditioning, as the weather was exceptionally hot in July 2023. Having said that, I was aware that the rooms didn’t have air on when I booked. The hotel provided fans for myself and my travelling companions.

Absolutely excellent hotel with amazing staff. We stayed in Baden Baden for 4 days and the service was beyond amazing. The staff helped with booking restaurants and taxis! Very friendly staff:) The taxi company they used Taxi Marina was just the best:) Marina the taxi driver was a sweetheart and was very helpful. Rooms were spacious Lovely view from windows Bathrooms were very good size & clean Good clothing cupboard space Breakfast was very good Restaurant food was good I highly recommend this hotel!!! Nicely situated large hotel with open vista terrace, hotel M is in close proximity to old town and forst walks. Friendly restaurant lady and reception gentleman was kind and helpful . You get very nice sweets on the pillow which was a bonus for me. Thank you for my room and supper.

Poor hotel
The hotel is average at best and I feel once we go to Baden-Baden realised there were many better places to stay. The best thing about the hotel was the massive room size and its balcony. But there were many problems - the water temperature in the showers was not consistent, there no acs so the rooms are very hot, etc. Important point to note - there is no check in/reception staff between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m., so make sure you reach before.

Room was clean and staff is friendly. They allowed early check in and late checkout which was very nice. Restaurant has beautiful view. Excellent staff service in the restaurant. Room is extremely overpriced for what you get - no city view, no tea/coffee service in the room, pillows make plastic sound and creak in your ear all night. Steep uphill walk from the city center. Would not stay there again because it is extremely overpriced.
