Muito boa.
Super tranquila, minha única ressalva foi em questão da piscina, fiquei meio na dúvida se eu poderia usar ou não, como os dias que passei foram todos de chuvas não tive interesse na mesma, mas achei muito confuso o fato de ter que avisar caso eu quisesse usar. Isso não me incomodou, mas acho legal deixar mais claro Isso pra outros hóspedes que realmente queiram usar.

Ótima estadia
Ótima! Boa localização! O apartamento é limpo, com vários utensilhos de cozinha. Só havia um lençol de cama para se cobrir e erámos dois hospedes. Também não deixaram papel higiênico suficiente. Qd chegamos só havia um pouco em um rolo que, acredito eu, ja era o resto de outra estadia anterior. No geral, a estadia foi boa e eu voltaria novamente. Recomendo!

OTIMA ESTADIA
Residencial novo e aconchegante, tivemos atraso no chekin, só conseguimos entrar 1 hora e meia depois, por motivos de limpeza e estofados faltantes, mas os problemas foram resolvidos, a garagem é rotativa e apertada. Atendimento solicito, localização otima, local tranquilo, super indico para casal e no maximo 03 ocupantes.

Não recomendo. Só a localização salva.
Apartamento tinha uma limpeza precária. Muito empoeirado, muitas baratas, pequenas, médias e grandes. No vão da janela para a varanda havia muita poeira e cabelos acumulados. O jogo de lençóis estava com um cheiro péssimo, conhecido como de “cheiro de barata”. Éramos 4 pessoas no total. Disponibilizaram 4 lençóis. Pedimos para trocarem e nos enviaram apenas dois novos lençóis, esses sim, limpos e sem odores ruins. A localização é excelente e prédio bem estruturado. Mas não recomendo o apartamento que fiquei. A administradora dos imóveis é cheia de regra, extremamente exigente. Mas prece ser apenas com os hóspedes e não com os proprietários.

Ótimo, tudo muito limpo e novo ! Um ponto que acho que poderia melhorar seria em relação a panos de chão para banheiro o nosso estava com um vazamento e no primeiro dia ficou todo sujo e não conseguiram repor . Outro ponto que senti muita falta foi um espelho de corpo todo, na propriedade só tinha o do banheiro. Fora isso tudo maravilho recepcionistas e funcionários do condômino todos muito atenciosos.

Ola, flat bem equipado e localizado. Em Tambaú, fica a 8 quarteirões da orla. A cama é pequena mas confortável, agora o sofá cama é horrível muito duro. Faltaram alguns utensílios: cobertor, pano pra enxugar louças, pegador de macarrão, frigideira para ovos.

A acomodação é bacana, flat novo, quarto não é espaçoso, um pequeno espaço sendo quarto, cozinha,mesa de refeição e a mesma pra escritório, tudo muito apertadinho.

O AP é composto de uma suíte e uma cozinha bem equipada, ótima infraestrutura, tudo bem organizado e conservado, senti falta de uma sala de estar. A piscina parece mais decorativa que propícia para banho e esta fica fechada nas segundas e terças, o q foi ruim pq minha estadia foi boa parte nestes dias. O local dispõe de alguns espaços compartilhados bem legais como o coworking, espaço Kids, sala de jogos, espaço gourmet e academia. Observem se as toalhas não já possuem manchas, as que tive acesso possuíam algumas imperceptíveis, relatei pra quem administra a reserva para que não me cobrassem por algo que já estava manchado.

Ótima.
A estadia foi bem satisfatória, estávamos em duas amigas, tinha cafeteira, sanduicheira, airfryer, micro-ondas, talheres, pratos, copos e xícaras. Faltou lençol no quarto e prontamente fomos atendidas. Por se tratar de flat tinha que ter bucha, paninho para conservação da limpeza e no mínimo 3 rolos de papel higiênico, pois a estadia foram de 7 dias. Fora isso, foi tudo tranquilo. O lugar é bem próximo a praia e íamos a pé, tanto Tambau, como para Cabo Branco.
