Booked this property months in advance. Didn’t receive a confirmation email or a check in email so rang the phone number provided and the owner was rude and hung up the phone. I then received a call saying I couldn’t stay at the accommodation as it was fully booked. This was the morning of the day I was travelling to stay at this property. Luckily the Expedia staff were helpful and found elsewhere for us to stay.

Einchecken war problematisch / es gibt für alle Zimmer 2 Bäder oben u. 1 Toilette unten / die Zimmerkarten passen für alle Zimmer - wir kamen am letzten Tag nicht mehr in unser Zimmer weil die Karte nicht mehr freigeschaltet war, unser Nachbar hat uns mit seiner Karte reingelassen, es gab im Bett nur 1Bettdecke für 2 Personen,von Montag bis Mittwoch waren Heizung und Wasser kalt , Reinigungspersonal haben wir nicht gesehen Mülleimer wurde nicht geleert. Positiv waren die Küche und der Wintergarten und dass die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür war. Besonders positiv war die Hilfe von dem jungen Mann von Expedia ohne den wir es wohl nicht geschafft hätten ins Haus zu kommen.
