Racist and rude staff
Where to start! Upon check in, had to wait ages to get a rolm even though we had a young baby. And the room they gave was disgusting as they are renovating some rooms - room was dirty and we had to ask a few times to get it cleaned. No high chair at breakfast until we were about to leave. The staff are very rude - esp Syafirah! Had an issue until the manager came and he gave us some insight on how the hotel has just been taken over so staff need retrainjng. Totally not acceptable for a 5* resort.

Fantastic property, immaculately kept and the staff are wonderfully helpful and nice. The resort is a tropical island and jungle (beautiful, tended garden) paradise, that’s amazing for a quiet, relaxing and peaceful holiday with all the facilities you need. Loved our stay here.

Hotel with huge rooms
Fantastic beach front hotel, rooms were huge and well maintained, it had two pools, both of which were 40-50 meters long and very clean. The beach which this hotel is located on is very nice and quiet. Restaurants in the hotel very good also. Not much else around so you will need transport if you want to go anywhere else.

Hotel sits on the beautiful beach and almost like private beach for hotel guests. Breakfast needs to improve. Tried wonderful pizza there. Unfortunately our room lost internet access and TV program on 1st day but hotel compensated us with credit note. Overall we love the quiet accommodative experience during our stay.

I stayed at this resort with my family, we were wowed the minute we arrived, it’s been our favorite part of the trip. Heaven on earth stunning beach, lovely staff they can’t do enough for you and service with a smile. The only negative thing is it’s far away from everything, hire a car if it’s an issue for you, we managed with taxis. We will definitely be back.

Access to the beach was good and the garden was also nice. One thing I was disappointed about is the smell of the bathroom and water quality of the bathtub. The bathroom always smelled like sewage and the smell came all over the room . And the closer of water in bathtub was brown.
