Feedback to hotel as well Restaurant
All the front desk was so helpful. speacially the very first day of my Lisbon, Jessica the front desk receptionist welcomed me very well and provided me all the useful information. She arranged laundary me, was great help for me. All the night evening staff and evening staff was really helpful. Its my bad i wanted to mention every single staff member name but unfortunately i forgot the name. All girls and one guy front desk all really good. Only one thing made me disappointmnet was not having coffee machine and a small refregerator in the room. i did not know that if i choose COSY room option then i am not getting coffee machine and refrigerator. For me both are very basic necessatiies when you stay in the hotel. Regardless the price ofthe room, both these items should be in the room. I can not imagin my life without coffee. Yes they have one coffee machine on ground floor but it is not same as having coffee right away in the room when you wake up. Restaurant- Loraine the front desk desk help at restaurant was very polite, humble and very accomodating. The only one thing i need to add the option c Vegan breakfast not enough for a person. Choices are not as of option A but at same price.

A great stay — a very new facility, situated in the most ideal and perfect location. Near Rossio square, harborfront, Rua Augusta, St. George's Castle etc. Rooms were spacious, and bathrooms were large and sumptuous. Very good breakfast provided in attached coffeeshop. This was an amazing hotel, a great value. Shout out to Front Desk's "Maria," she was gracious and friendly and very helpful, she helped me with a cab ride and directions, etc. And provided me with a "to go" breakfast on the morning I was checking out. This place is a "10."

I loved that I was so close to everything I wanted to do! During my Lisbon stay, I only had to Uber from the airport upon arrival and to the train upon my departure, though I'm sure I could have figured out the metro. Also, I had a birthday during my stay, and as I was checking out, I was told that they had prepared something special for me at breakfast that I couldn't enjoy because of my travel schedule. I loved that they took the time to notice!

Really cool, small, and new boutique property in the middle of Lisbon. Property is really clean and well-equipped. Rooms are small as expected for a boutique hotel in an older building, but they're very well furnished and modern with USB ports and plenty of power. Location is beyond perfect. Walkable to everything including metro and long distance train stations. Staff seemed genuinely happy to see you whenever you came back and when you checked in/out.

Great little hotel and even though was on a steep hill, was really convenient when it came to finding places to eat, shop and metro stations as well as being nearby some attractions such as the cathedral that you can walk to. The room was clean, looked great and bed was super comfy! A couple of things that weren’t so good - air con wasn’t working so was quite warm in the room, and the safe didn’t seem to work either - but that could have just been user error on my part. The staff were lovely too, really welcoming and attentive. Overall was a great stay, and I would definitely stay again!

This hotel just opened and I was hesitant to book because there weren’t many reviews but I’m so glad I did. The location is excellent and walkable to everything. The staff is kind and accommodating. The hotel itself looks brand new with stylish decor. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more and will be staying here the next time I’m in Lisbon.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Westlight. Located in the old town it is near many of the sights but is very quiet and tranquil. I barely heard any noise from my room. The room itself was very comfortable and, like everything else in the hotel, scrupulously clean. I found the reception staff to be friendly and helpful and always welcoming when I returned to the hotel. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and unreservedly recommend it.
