8/10 Very good

weekend away
Can see the new owners are making a effort to improve but our room could have done with some fillers and paint ,the bar and breakfast were brilliant probably best breakfast in a b and b we have had .
Patricia, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Enjoyed our stay very much. The host was outstanding and kind. The room however was like a sauna when we arrived and while we were getting ready to go out for the evening. Our scores reflect our opinion on the decor and the dim lighting. To be honest we know that there are plans to revamp some rooms in the coming months.

6/10 Good

Run down, like a lot of Blackpool, but at £30 a night for a family room it's still good value
Donald, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Was not really good and not really nice
Taha, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Very noisy with shouting, screaming and banging during the night. Felt unsafe staying with my daughter but no option at 4am when it’s happening outside your room. Very unhappy with our stay

Stinking of tobacco
Whole b and b stank of tobacco! Our room wasn't the worst but the sink hadn't been cleaned. Our friends room next door was disgusting with mould all over the bathroom and dirt all over the floor. Looks like they have started to try and renovate but have done all these themselves and given up half way through! For £25 a night you don't expect much but to be clean and not smell like an ashtray would be a start
Stephanie, 1-night trip

It was Blackpool on a budget so it was what it was . The only redeeming feature this place had was the staff
Garreth, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Being refurbished, has potential
Slybeat, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Arrived to find 12 empty beer bottles on the bedroom floor. Drunk people shouting outside, fire doors banging and squeaky floorboards made it unbearable.
Steven, 1-night trip

Noisy room next door Kept awake all night music and shouting
