The staff were all helpful and welcoming. The transportation service from and back to the train station was much appreciated. The room was wonderful. Although we didn’t have a direct Matterhorn view, they are available. The greatest breakfast buffet of any hotel was another high point of the stay

Wish I can give the bellerive 100 stars! Really awesome staff who were so accommodating and friendly. Treated us like they already knew us and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. When we come back we definitely will be staying here again. Amenities, location and atmosphere were great.

This is the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. We had a Matterhorn view room which was spectacular and breathtaking, the staff were all so so kind, helpful and welcoming.
