We booked a superior room for our stay. Everything seemed fine upon our late-night arrival, but we quickly noticed a strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Exhausted from our trip, we decided not to address it at that moment. The next morning, we approached customer service to report the odor and requested a room on a different floor. Initially, they suggested cleaning the room, but we explained that the smell permeated the entire third floor and that covering the bathroom drain wouldn’t resolve the issue. When we insisted on a different room, the staff claimed they didn’t have another superior room available. We then proposed switching to two smaller rooms instead, but the manager stated that exchanging one room for two was "not possible." Frustrated, we decided to leave the hotel and booked accommodations elsewhere. Since I had prepaid through Expedia, I asked the manager to cancel our remaining two nights and issue a refund. Suddenly, upon hearing we were canceling, he was able to offer us the two smaller rooms. It was clear that we had been misled, and the staff, including the manager, made no genuine effort to resolve our concerns. They essentially told us that the room was what it was, and they couldn’t accommodate us in any way. I would strongly advise against staying here; the sewer smell is unbearable.

From the start of our stay till the end, we had the most beautiful experience. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and patient. At the front desk they make sure they have someone who knows how to speak English too, which was very helpful when I was having a hard time communicating in Spanish. There’s someone always there to receive you at any time of the day and night, which made our stay feel safe and secure 24/7. They also offer breakfast in the morning buffet style and every morning they had the best selections. Honestly, it was a 10/10 experience.

Whitout hot water, ac, and finally without water
I paid for 4 nights, the first I didn't arrive because I missed my flight connection, the second when I arrived there was no hot water, they moved me to another room and there was no air conditioning, but I managed to take a shower after a long trip, I returned to the original room and I told them that during the day I won't be there and that they please fix the water, I'll arrive on a long day When I arrived at night at 8:30 pm, I asked the receptionist if they fixed the damage, and she said yes, but she didn't even know what my room was. In fact, I arrived to take a shower and there was no hot water, so I asked for key to bathe in another room so as not to move my things again with the idea that the next day they will fix it, the day passes and I arrive at night thinking that the water is already fixed, and to my surprise I was left soapy because it left Water. I had to ask again for the keys to another room to take a bath and I told them that I would keep the key because in the morning at 6am II would leave for the airport and I would need to take a bath again. The next day I tried to open that room door to take a shower and I couldn't open it, no matter how hard I tried, until a man from another room yelled stop at me, so I had to go back to the airport without taking a shower.

Muy buena opción
La habitación estaba muy agradable, moderna y huele bien. El baño es muy cómodo y funcional, aunque el primer dia salia muy poca agua de la regadera, pero esto se revolvió tras comentarlo en recepción. Los alimentos tambien estaban muy bien. Es de los mejores bufetes incluidos que hay en la zona. El bar estaba un poco "deschistado", no tenia congruencia con el resto de las instalaciones del hotel. El servicio en general es bueno, aunqie si es muy notable la diferencia de atención que ponen algunos colaboradores y otros, lo que hace ver que no hay un perfil bien diseñado para su contratación. En general lo recomendaria sin problema y volveria a hospedarme sin pensarlo.
