Clean room and kind staff who were willing to help all the time. Spacious and nice pools with bar; however, there were not enough seats in the pool area for the amount of people during high season. The beach is nearby (around a 2min walk) and the property provides a specific space for their guests, as well as towels and chairs.

The hotel was really comfortable. All-inclusive package was worth it. Food ( breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and poolside drinks included). Food was delicious and great variety. The hotel is located in a great area. ( albeit, new construction happening adjacently). The beach is only a minute walk away. I would recommend and revisit this hotel for the value.

Overall the hotel was good. I wish it was truly beach front but is less than 200 yards to get there and there is a section reserved for hotel guests to sit with chairs and a covering provided. I would come back if I ever found myself in Santa Marta again there was no single instance where I second guessed my decision to stay here. The food was excellent and the drink (when I ordered one) were good as well.
I stayed in 810. 2 bedroom suite with a wraparound balcony.

Amenities: the bar is the only place to get refreshments. The bar ran out of water, there was no swim up option (even though there is room for it). And they only serve base level alcohol. There are no water stations to refill a bottle either. The room was nice, would have better to be on the other side of the hotel as the nearby construction was horrible and did not allow for relaxation.

Amazing pools!

We loved our stay! The hotel is under construction, so there was some noise. The included breakfast was substantial and very good. The pools were simply amazing, less only because of the construction. The rooms were quiet, the beds were comfortable. We would stay there again if we found ourselves in Santa Marta.

Pros: Beautiful facility very close to the beach and shops. Extremely safe everywhere we went with our family of 5. Staff is very attentive and courteous. Cons: Very noisy by the pool from 8am to 5pm due to neighbouring construction site. Gets dusty as well. ( Didn’t bother us really as we were to caught up with the weather and scenery)

When my daughter & I arrived we checked in (5 day stay) and was told that we had to wait for our room @ 3p. Not a problem cus we arrived early but we couldn't eat or drink until 3p which was absurd. (All inclusive pkg we paid for) Restaurant is cafeteria style, not a restaurant at all. The bar is very dinky, (temu style) not many selections of drinks. We drank the same cocktails daily. Food was mediocre, no selection at all. A lot of flies around and if you eat outside there's 3 dogs they will accompany you and beg for food. Very annoying. There's construction next to the pool area which is unpleasant to see and hear while you're trying to relax. The staff weren't helpful at all. Towels left in our room were dirty and had holes. I told the staff and she told me to WhatsApp her. No phones in the room to notify staff of any issues. The room was nice, could've been a little more clean (floors). View was spectacular. Mgr Carolina Afanador charged me an extra fee for cleaning of my towels because of my facewash. Housekeeping didn't attempt to wash them at all. I was very upset about that. Never heard of a cleaning fee for towels and it was facewash. I explained the issue to Carolina in which she proceeded to charge me. She should want to make her guest happy, instead I was furious. Mgr could've been more pleasant but instead she said she was doing her job. I wouldn't stay here ever again. The pics from the site are deceiving. When you arrive, it looks nothing like the hotel.

Room was very hot at night couldn’t slee! There was miss battery in ac remote asked staff to replace they said ok but never did ! Other than that room was clean and had beautiful view from balcony
