Muito decepcionado. A começar pelas acomodações. Tenho bastante experiência com viagens e consequentemente acomodações por viajar bastante trabalho. Dessa vez optei pelo local pela proposta e sossego por ser um local em meio à natureza. Porém a acomodação não foi adequada. Paguei um pouco mais pelo quarto de luxo. Não mesmo. Acomodação simples diferente da que estava na internet. Cama ruim, frigobar com tomada com fio exposto que não tive coragem de ligar. Falei com a única atendente assim que cheguei e ela falou que poderia ligar mesmo assim. O fio estava totalmente exposto. Uma só cama, diferentemente do que estava no catálogo. Fiquei no chalé de numero 8. Sem sinal de internet pois o sinal de wifi não chegava no chalé. Chalé escuro, piso velho e sem tomadas ao alcance. O sinal de TV é pago à parte pois é pré-pago. Chegamos no sábado à tarde. No domingo, acordamos por volta das onze da manhã com um som ensurdecedor de vários carros ligados ao mesmo tempo. Haviam liberado o local pra um encontro de som e carros rebaixados. Uma falta de respeito com os hóspedes. Tivemos de sair por volta das 11:40 só retornamos por volta das 18:30 horas pois estava impossível ficar no local. Pior experiência que já tive na vida com estadia. Ví que o proprietário rebate os apontamentos dos hospedes mas deveria aproveitar a oportunidade pra evoluir e melhorar. Mas fazer isso que fez conosco não se faz. Deveria avisar sobre o real estado das acomodações e também sobre o encontro barulhento.

Equipe atenciosa, tivemos uma recepção atenciosa em relação ao check in, ótimo café da manhã, 5min de carro do centro da cidade. Lugar calmo ótimo para famílias e os chalés correspondem as fotos, adoramos tudo. Quarto limpo. Poucas tomadas no quarto. TV somente aberta. Não havia água nos chuveiros (problema com a caixa d’água). O café da manhã começa somente às 08 horas, o que atrapalha um pouco para os viajantes em trânsito (meu caso e com família). O carro fica um pouco distante do chalé e o acesso não tem boa iluminação. O ponto positivo é que é um lugar bem sossegado no meio da natureza.

Nos hospedamos recentemente no chalé e gostamos bastante da cidade de Eldorado, que é linda e cheia de opções para relaxar e aproveitar a natureza. Fizemos a reserva poucos dias antes da viagem e o chalé disponível era descrito como “luxo”, acreditando que teria uma estrutura um pouco mais completa. No entanto, sentimos que alguns pontos podem ser melhorados para que a experiência realmente corresponda à proposta de um chalé luxo. Ao chegarmos, havia uma caixa d’água enorme vazando logo na entrada da porta o que causava um barulho constante. A televisão, que na verdade era um monitor de computador, não funcionava. O wi-fi também não conectava em nenhum dos nossos aparelhos a moça da recepção nos informou que o sinal é fraco, mais mesmo sendo fraco não conectava, mas acreditamos que esse é um ponto importante de atenção, principalmente considerando a categoria e o valor do chalé. Outro ponto foi a área da piscina, que estava suja, com guarda-sol caído e sujeira ao redor, sendo limpa apenas no domingo, quando já estávamos usando. Acreditamos que, com alguns ajustes e mais cuidado nos detalhes, o chalé pode oferecer uma experiência muito melhor e realmente condizente com a proposta de luxo.

O atendimento foi o melhor de tudo. Fomos muito bem recebido pelos donos da pousada, conversaram com a gente todas as vezes que nos encontramos, deram dicas, opções de passeios entre outros. A pousada é simples mas muito bem arrumada, em meio a natureza e oferece muita tranquilidade. Voltarei mais vezes.
