Very good hotel. excellent location for Train travellers. Staff are very nice, friendly and polite . Manager treated me with an evening meal because I missed the breakfast and that was a nice touch. Strongly recommended and certainly will use it again for my future business trips.

Good value accommodation in a Grade 2 listed building. Obviously adjacent to Worthing Railway Station and a 15 minute walk to the seafront. Staff excellent and they do a very good breakfast.

Part of a long UK trip and honestly was one of our favorite places with a great pub/restaurant. The staff was very fun and helpful and the rooms were beautiful. We had the room with the turret and absolutely loved it.

The Railway Hotel gets my thumbs up!
When I arrived at Hotel above a pub Saturday is it going to be noisy in the evening how wrong was I in fact its one of the best places that I have stayed at some hotels look all good in the reception area until you enter the room simple DIY stuff which don't get done. This room was well furnished the shower brilliant I had the brekkie next morning very tasty and the staff were very helpful look after my bags while I explored if your visiting Worthing this place is right next to the station and 15 mins walk from the town theatres and sea front very handy will stay here again

Fantastic hotel in Worthing!
Went to the coast for our anniversary and decided to stay in this hotel. We are so happy we did! Service was really attentive and friendly and the staff even gave us some added extras to help us celebrate our occasion! The room was spacious, clean and modern. The hotel has a large beer garden which is nice for a drink. Breakfast the next day was oustanding. All items cooked as requested, to perfection and were of a high quality. Could not fault anything! Wonderful stay and would definitely go back. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

8/10 Very Good

I really liked the decor It managed to be modern but also heritage in style with lovely, calming colours of green and pink etc. Nice toiletries in bathroom Staff were helpful. Food was pub style but good quality and the kitchen is open from early morning to late 21:00. My only negative was that my internet connection dropped out frequently about every 10 mins on their internet (not sure if it's a dead area problem as I was on the second floor and it worked OK in the bar). I spoke to a member of staff who said they would lol at it but it persisted during my stay. You check in at the bar-I knew there wasn't a check in desk but there is a specific area in the bar to check in at-a bit more info. on this pre-arrival would be useful. I was leaving in the early hours so I was a bit worried about getting out of the building but there is a security guard overnight so it was no problem. The rooms are secured both entering and leaving the room areas by a key card which was reassuring as a single traveller. There is one door for access overnight after the bar shuts so make sure you locate it (you can phone security if there are any issues). Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

4/10 Fair

Lovely room, AWFUL staff & food service - ordered haddock risotto, got a lump of cod on pasta, ordered King prawn on Linguine - tiny prawns on a bit of Penne pasta, verity rude staff - shouted at when tried to book a table, although paid for had to go elsewhere for breakfast - DISAPPOINTING - otherwise, such a lovely town

My husband and I stayed for two nights, our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all really lovely and friendly made us feel very welcome. The food was amazing, freshly cooked and delicious…added bonus you get 20% off if you are staying there and it’s not over priced to start with. There is no car park attached to the hotel, however, there is a pay and display one a very short walk away and during our 2 day stay it cost us less than £20 so quite acceptable and we felt the car was safe there. We attended the Goodwood Revival, it took only about 20 mins to get there which was perfect, a bit longer getting back due to diversions etc but a great place to stay if Goodwood is on your agenda. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we are ever in that area.
