What a spectacular luxurious spacious suite. Beautiful design, great linens and bed, separate living room, fabulous marble bathroom and rain shower, lovely staff, delicious breakfast, wonderful balcony for drinking prosecco and people-watching- spotlessly clean and everything worked well. We loved this area as on a pedestrian main shopping street near the theater and lots of churches and restaurants- great walking. Felt 4/5 star and excellent value. We'll definitely be back. Only thing to note is the check-in times and the fact that only certain cars are permitted to access the front of the hotel - the staff organized a very good limo to the airport for our departure but we had a rental on arrival which was a little confusing.

This is a gem of a hotel in Palermo. If you like small, charming hotels this is the one. It’s on a Pedestrian street in a convenient location. The room we had was beautiful. It was large with real Italian charm but also included modern amenities. The washrooms are beautifully renovated. The breakfast is perfect (although an earlier start time would be helpful). They have nice cakes and pastries in the afternoon for snacking. The staff are very nice and helpful. We loved the hotel and so glad we found it.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at Palazzo Genuardi. The hotel is perfectly located in Palermo, within walking distance of the city’s main attractions and some of its best restaurants. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the beautiful Italian character of the property, along with the tastefully renovated bathrooms. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious and generous breakfast prepared with great care. On top of that, when my luggage failed to arrive in Palermo, the team went above and beyond to help coordinate with the airline and assist with the entire process. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. A special thank you to Joshy and Ashvina for their outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend Palazzo Genuardi and would gladly stay here again!

Positives: excellent location near Teatro Massimo and on an upscale street with retail stores which became quiet at night (not a bar/restaurant street), very clean, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable beds, air conditioning worked and was easy to operate, property was well maintained for the most part. But several negatives: the breakfast left much to be desired—one teentsy coffee machine with cups which were too small for the machine and overflowed + no vegetables + small selection of breads + pre-packaged jams. The towels in the rooms were tiny—the body towel was more like a hand towel. Linens were supposed to be replaced every 3 days but we were there for 4 nights and didn’t get towels replaced after 3 nights. We were assigned the handicapped room (without warning) and it was unpleasant—the sink was on a slope so we couldn’t place anything on it + the sink had a motion sensor (not good for shaving, for example) + there was a shlocky ramp in front of the shower. We were only given 1 set of keys. These are all small (though important) things and most can be easily corrected, but the room was relatively expensive and thus seemed overpriced. Oh, and since our flight arrived in the evening, we had to pay an extra 25 euros to check in late (defined as anything not between 2:30 and 4:30pm). However, to be fair, our flight on the day we left was in the evening and the staff was super accommodative and allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel all day.

Foi incrível! Desde a localização, conforto, beleza, café da manhã e buffet da tarde. Custo-benefício ótimo! Localização show!!! Guardamos o carro e fizemos tudo caminhando. Estacionamento próximo, pago, mas atendimento ótimo quando precisamos sair de madrugada para aeroporto nos atenderam prontamente. Mas o mais incrível: a gentileza da Srta. Josh, extremamente prestativa, nos auxiliou de forma excepcional numa transação comercial em italiano, nos atendeu de maneira especial. Parabéns!!! Voltaremos com certeza!
