The staff are so helpful that I would rate 11/10! There wasn’t anything they could help with. Took all the initiative and getting us tickets and bookings wherever we need, including alternatives when activities booked out

Hotel was fine with interesting small space for chilling in my room on bean bag. Maybe a little bit hidden hotel but I found it quite quickly. Hotel is in quiet part of town only few cars are driving on these streets. Around 2 km walk from the Zhangjiajie national park. From the hotel to the national park there are some restaurants and grocery stores which is nice too to have near the hotel.
