"Property overall was good. The biggest issue is that immediately after checking in I noticed the AC had a very high noise, like lack of lubricantion. I went back to the front desk and the guy with long hair and beard tried every possible way not to be helpful. I asked for a replacement room and he didn't even check. He offered a mobile AC which would require the window to be open all night. 4:30 AM the ac started making the loud noise, ending my night of sleep. In the morning I asked a different person for a replacement room and they were able to arrange it. The rest of the stay was good but 1/3 of the nights I was not able to rest due to the noise."
