Very clean and comfortable. Loved the amenities like the rooftop pool and the gym. There are a couple distilleries nearby and it’s not far from a BCycle electric bike rack. The wait times for Rideshare and Waymo were a bit long at times but it was worth it.

The stay here was amazing! The unit was clean and the area was close to everything. The pillows and comforter were the most comfortable I've ever slept on. I even reached back for the brand! They responded with no problem. There is a nice pool area and a rooftop lounge on the 3rd floor where you can go chill!Whenever I'm in Nashville area this will be my go to spot.

So over the room was quite small but self contained. Very clean and all amenities were there. The biggest problem was the building was right next to a drug den. The addicts would come out from under the shutters and wander near you if you waited for an uber so it was not safe. Also I stayed two weeks and over that time three stolen cars dumped next to us, even the uber drivers warned me about the area.

I’m rating this a 4 star only because the room we stayed in really just needed a good deep clean. The one room had dust on the wall and ceiling fan, there was some food on the kitchen floor, and the pull out couch needed cleaned. The bedroom beds were clean though and the place is overall very nice. Just could use some better cleaning.

Overall my stay here was good. I definitely wish the pool was bigger. The only thing that really worried me was that it's in the ghetto and there was a homeless person throwing rocks at cars but luckily they didn't come to our parking lot. Staff was easy to communicate with if I needed something and they checked in on me through text which I appreciate.

This place is very clean and newly built. It was very close to everything that we need to get to. It’s right next to the train tracks. We did hear a train blow its horn very early in the morning, but it wasn’t too bad. You could hear it in the distance. I do recommend this place.

Close enough to downtown nashville but not in the direct heart of it all. Next to other attractions such as Marathon Motor Works and Nashville Farmers Market. Super clean. Love that each unit has its own washer and dryer. Staff are super nice and friendly.
