The room was very clean, everything seemed new, in a Scandinavian style. They look exactly like the website show. Staff were friendly and helpful. Near a couple of subway stations and many restaurants. If you are going to be taking the train a lot to go to Sorrento, Pompeii, Ercolano, etc. take into account that walking to either Toledo or Municipio subway station, taking the subway to Garibaldi, and walking to Napoli Centrale, takes about 40 minutes. A minor thing, there were not a lot of outlets to charge phones; we had to disconnect the lamps. Also, the WiFi was very slow and disconnected often. That resulted in my photos not being able to sync properly to the cloud, giving storage problems the following day when I wanted to take more pictures.

This hotel was wonderful in many ways. From the check-in promise to the living area which was spacious. Hotel was centrally located to all major sites and also the port. Breakfast was also prompt each morning. Overall great stay.

Overall a nice place to say with a small kitchen and nice bathroom. The bed was like sleeping on cardboard though so it’s hard to enjoy the room without a good nights sleep.

Outstanding Location
Frederica was absolutely wonderful. She provided us with a wealth of information. The location is perfect for multiple sites as well as the ferry to Capri, Amalfi, Ischia, etc. The room is a little small but the location on Chiaia more than makes up for it. Food everywhere, nice shopping if that is your thing. 10 minute walk to one of the Naples underground sites. So happy with our stay here!

An oasis in the middle of the jungle
Great Value but.... if you’re a light sleeper do not stay on the 4th floor. This floor is the same floor where breakfast is made and it gets very noisy early in the morning... Federica at the front desk is AMAZING. Everyone I encountered that worked at this hotel was super nice. Location is convenient if you’ll be taking the ferry to Capri or Sorrento.

Best kept secret. Excellent location. Walking distance to everything Restsurants, port for ferries to the island, shoppings, tour buses meeting point, castle, best ocean view. Super clean, they bring breakfast to your room in a cart!

Nothing scary about Naples, Napoli
Nothing bad to say, but overall average, was a bit worried about Naples after reading other reviews of how 'dangerous' it is. Howeve really, this hotel is in a nice part of town away the intimidating city centre . Had difficulty finding hotel, but that was no fault of theirs (they suggested a taxi , I opted for metro). Some great sites in neighborhood, but metro or taxi needed to get into the city center.

A beautiful room in a well located apartment
The apartment is less than 10 minutes walking from nearest metro station, less than 5 minutes walking from Teatro di San Carlo and shopping area (via Toledo and Galleria Umberto I). I love the modern contemporary design of the bedroom. It is spacious, with a beautiful wooden ceiling that I keep staring at, and the kitchenette is a bonus.

A good hotel. Had a room that had a window to a small inner courtyard only - disadvantage of no view but advantage of being quiet and relatively shaded! Hotel is in a good location. Staff friendly, room clean and tidy with a safe. No complaints other than the bed was too hard for me personally and they need some air freshener in the lift!

Brilliant B&B in great and safe location
After reading up on Naples I was somewhat concerned about booking a hotel in a bad location given Naples somewhat dodgy reputation, and knowing that I on this trip would be going alone and come back late in the evenings. This B&B turned out to be brilliant. Not only did the B&B (and room) look brand new, very clean, the Wi-Fi was fast, it was free coffee and water, but very importantly, the neighborhood felt safe. The entrance to the B&B is right on a pedestrian street with lots of people also late in the evenings and it was easy walking distance down to the promenade along the water. I was never concerned about going out and about alone. The location is also brilliant when it comes to proximity to shopping and several of the main sights are within walking distance. The staff was very friendly, and what they lacked in English skills, good use (by the staff) of ‘Google translate’ on the pc in the lobby made it easy to communicate. Be aware that there is an error in Google maps if you try to search for it using the address and postcode as given on the B&B’s homepage. It shows you the wrong location on the map. If you only search with the street name (Via Chiaia 32, Naples) it shows you the right location. Highly recommended.

Nice but noisy, and no breakfast
Room looks nice, the staff is friendly and the location is very central. On the downside the room is very noisy, there is no mobile phone connection and the breakfast is a coffee and a croissant on a cafe nearby. The toilet flushing is electrical and sounds like a jet taking off. Neighbors are sure to wake you up at night. Also, the staircase is really noisy, and when people enter/exit the B&B it makes a lot of noise with doors slamming etc. Bring earplugs and hope not too many guests will wake you up.

La camera è molto piccola, il letto è praticamente attaccato alla parete e c'è difficoltà anche a scendere, la finestra si affaccia sulla gradinata interna che è coperta, quindi la camera è priva di aria e luce. La colazione è scarsa.
