We were met by Francesca. She was so nice, friendly and informative about the city that she shows so much passion about. The accommodation was very clean and modern with a balcony looking out on the docks where large cruise ships and super yachts are anchored. The apartment is 5 mins walk from the main square. Plenty of markets and restaurants which Francesca told us about. A great stay before we headed off to Sorrento.

Stayed 2 nights. Had the pleasure of liaising with Francesca - very friendly and helpful. Previous comments mentioned difficulty in finding the place, but had no such issue. Francesca also communicated clearly via WhatsApp with instructions to access the room. Located walking distance from Napoli Centrale and metro, as well as bus and tram stops. The room itself was great - modern, clean, very well lit, spacious bathroom and shower stall with rainfall shower head, good water pressure and hot water. Air conditioning also worked well. Enjoyed the little balcony as well. Had a very early morning flight upon checking out and Francesca professionally arranged transport to the airport. Will definitely stay again if I visit Napoli again.

The hotel did not meet the optimal conditions, the mattress and pillows of poor quality and if it was not enough it had  bed bugs it had a strange smell we let him know and they told us that they had finished making a wall the only solution they gave us was to open the door so that the smell came out
