Nice loft near many restaurants and bars. Nice view. Towels and bed sheets we worn and torn. It's impossible to access the laundry when you don't have a CPF or brazilian phone number (necessary to create an online account to use the machines) but there are some business around where you can do it or they do it for you.

A recepção é remota e você acessa o prédio por reconhecimento facial. Se este não funcionar, como foi o meu caso no ultimo dia de estadia, você fica vulnerável porque a equipe não resolve nada e você que fique na rua (deserta e perigosa no centro de são paulo) com um celular na mao tentando recadastrar seu reconhecimento facial. Entrei com a ajuda de outro hóspede e nunca resolveram o problema. Se tivesse sido à noite teria sido ainda mais perigoso. A recepção nao consegue nem ligar pro porteiro e mandar liberar, você fica a mercê completamente.Eles só mandam vc acessar um link e refazer o cadastro facial, mas não estava funcionando de jeito nenhum e você que se estrepe.Não indico para ninguém

o check-in foi um complicado, fiz tudo por etapa por falta de comunicação, nao recebi e-mail e tive que procurar o numero do whatsapp para continuar o procedimento, depois de conseguir fazer o chek-in, nao informaram o numero do quarto, tive que esperar um bom tempo para me informar, quando entrei no quarto parecia abandonado, com muita poeira em todo canto, em cima dos moveis, chão, em baixo da cama estava com bolas de poeira... senti falta de pano de prato, pano de chão, tapete, quando você sai do banho, molha todo o quarto, a hospedagem foi para duas pessoas, nao tinha talheres o suficiente, fiquei 10 diarias, e eles nao fazem reposição de itens, como toalhas, e colcha de cama, resumindo: fujam!

As lâmpadas do banheiro estavam queimadas, o wi-fi não funcionava. Manta com cheiro ruim. Portaria não estava funcionando, não foi feito cadastro, para entrar tinha que ficar esperando muito tempo, principalmente a noite, dando sensação de inseguranaça. Localização excelente.

Excelente a estadia.

As acomodações estão novinhas e têm tudo que é necessário, incluindo itens da cozinha que deram a opção de realizarmos rapidas refeições. Apenas achei que as instruções deveriam ser mais detalhadas quanto ao acesso de itens como tralhas, sabonetes e papel higiênico. Como ficamos uma semana, precisamos comprar alguns desses itens, por falta de orientações de como funcionaria a reposição. Tirando isso, tudo foi otimo.
