Booked a family room..double bed with a sofa bed. Sofa bed was not made up upon arrival and not enough towels for the whole famoly. Childrens sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable..like sleeping on multiple metal bars.

Great location and staff. Just a few buts..
The location is great but we found the car park hard to find with the one way system. Reception said next left for it but next left was no entry! The room was very contemporary but the lighting dim (no hope with make up). The beds very soft which will suit some but not others. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was fine. I'd happily use again especially if visiting the Curve like we were.

So convenient for "Curve" theatre!
I had a comfortable couple of nights here. The room was fine and had everything I needed. Breakfast was OK. The best thing for me was the position of the hotel: about ten minutes' easy walk from the station and - better still! - just a few yards from Leicester's wonderful Curve Theatre. The price of my stay was minimal and I would certainly stay here again when attending something at the theatre.

Great check in and v good size, warm room with excellent curtains and double couch. V comfy bed. Lots of hangars. Solid breakfast. Great pub, The Classroom, 2 minutes away and a short downhill walk from train station Wake up call not delivered, torn divan, chipped desktop but the shower was the let down. Limited to restrict temp to luke warm and flow to weak.

Dreadful hotel good reception staff
Staff friendly and helpful, however that’s where the good points end. The room was depressing as you walked in looking tired dull and not particularly clean no soap in the bathroom dispenser and one tissue in the tissue box ! It was obviously empty when room was done just slapdash and uncaring attitude. Food tried the meals Korean chicken starter nice mains average at best. Breakfast was just ok. Bar area more atmosphere in a morgue Visit at your peril you have been warned……

Great hotel
Really good hotel for the price. Spotless and modern, with friendly staff. It was great to have windows that opened (a bugbear of mine), an iron in the room and all the little details considered to make my stay comfortable and convenient. My only suggestion would be to have some herbal/fruit teas in the room, alongside conventional tea/coffee, and maybe some more fruit and nuts at breakfast.

Great central location.
We had a good experience at this hotel. Wonderful location right next to the Curve auditorium and the Athena centre. Didn't want to go far from the hotel so we had a good meal in the restaurant. Nice touch was that the chef came out and asked if we had enjoyed our meal - which we confirmed we had. The front of house staff were very polite and helpful with any questions we had. Our room was on Level 1. It was clean and tidy and had everything that we needed. The heating was controlled by yourself so we soon had the room warm. Lovely hot shower in the wet room. Beds were comfortable and we had a very good night's sleep. Our only one point was that if we stayed again, we would request a room without an adjoining door as when our neighbours returned, it was quite noisy and it felt like that they were in the same room as us!
