Ótima localização, quarto bem decorado, com boa roupa de cama. Apenas o wifi era muito ruim. Havia a possibilidade de aderir a uma rede melhor, mediante pagamento, o que para os dias de hoje não faz o menor sentido.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, although there are no refrigerators or microwaves in the basic rooms. There was also a lot of construction noise in the middle of the night. My uber driver explained that Belfast does construction downtown at night. I was glad to see the hotel decorated for Gay Pride month!

We had booked breakfast due to the cooked breakfast and the second day there was none. We weren't told until we showed up in the restaurant in the morning, by which point it was too late for us to find something else in order to make our train. We were told we could get the money back, which didn't work as we didn't have time to eat elsewhere. We enquired if we could pay less, as there was only half of the promised breakfast. The answer was no. There were also no fruit salad for my son. Unsatisfying experience, although the room and reception staff was great.

Very grateful to the Early Morning crew on checkout for escorting me to parking garage as they hadn't been made aware that the garage was staffed 24 hours for the month of December. Mini-panic averted thinking I wouldn't be able to get out for an early drive back to Dublin for flight back to US

Hotellet er er centralt beliggende og de fleste attraktioner er indenfor gåafstand (fx ligger Titanic Belfast ca. 20 min gang fra hotellet). Værelserne er fine uden af være prangende. Fint med plads. Morgenmad er ganske fin med et fornuftigt udvalg. Personalet i receptionen meget serviceminded. Parkeringsmulighed (parkeringshus £12/døgn) ligger ca. 200 m fra hotellet.

Size of room was great, location was excellent. Although the room its self was clean the hallways looked like they jad not been vacummed for a month. Corridors littered with dirty beer classes.

+ Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Relativt stort rum med ett fräscht badrum. Oslagbart läge i absolut centralaste Belfast. - Dåligt tryck i duschen. En del missar på städningen. Hade inte skyhöga förväntningar då standarden på hotell i UK kan vara rätt låg med svenska mått mätta. Mycket nöjd överlag, rekommenderar definitivt.

Pros - close to many sights, restaurants, and things to do in Belfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cons - Waring St is extremely noisy. I stayed at this hotel Thursday to Monday, and each night, including Sunday night, I had to wear my noise-canceling AirPods to bed in order to sleep. You will hear yelling, carrying on, and also music if your room faces Waring Street (main entrance to hotel) like my room did. The interior of the hotel is quiet enough but the street noise was intolerable. Unfortunately, every night my sleep was interrupted and this put a damper on my overall stay in Belfast. Only other con I would add is the heater would shut off completely overnight. I'd wake up cold and have to turn it back on; this would happen while setting the thermostat to a specific temperature, too. Not sure why it just turns off completely like that. While the hotel was decent enough, especially for the per night cost, I probably wouldn't stay here again unless the rooms are redone to be soundproofed from the very loud street noise.

I understand if a hotel cant accomodate early check in. But surely there must be a better system. Staff claimed rooms werent ready until 3. Sat aroj s gossiping and charting with colleagues doing nothing. They opened up checking in right at 2pm sharp leaving a huge line up, the staff suddenly became frazzled and overwhelmed. We waited 20 min in line and didnt get our room until closer to 3:30. To me this doesnt seem efficient or hospitable.
