We arrived early and they were nice enough to take my luggage before check in time. When we came back, there was no one at the reception and I did not receive an email with the check in instructions, and I was not the only one.
I tried to call them multiple time and got voice mail each time, they finally called me back and sent me the instructions. I had also try to contact them through Expedia before the trip but got no answers.
The room and balcony are not as spacious as the pictures.
The elevator looks great, but it’s sketchy and didn’t work half the time.
The AC was loud, and it’s very not well insulated, we could was hear the other rooms. There was a room connect to ours by a door on the inside that we could see the light at night as well as the slightest sound such as a cough, talking or TV.
The cleaning staff were nice and tried to help us. They did not seem to have any communication with management to answer most questions about our check in issues.
I booked thinking I could hangout on the roof terrace, but it was closed… which was not indicated at booking, so I was disappointed.
They did reach out by email asking how everything was going, they gave me a warm blanket and showed me how the shower works!
