Hotel com quartos amplos, estilo FLAT.
Hotel com quartos amplos que garantem boa estadia. As instalações são um pouco antigas, mas não deixam a desejar em conforto. A equipe de recepção poderia ser mais cordial, não surpreende e estava subdimensionada para o período que estive hospedado.

Achei um máximo os quartos terem cozinha, é confortável, com ótima localização e a piscina é tudo de bom. Já o que não gostei foi do café da manhã, deveria ter mais opções o que salvou foi o Danone, que estava ótimo. Também tive problemas com o carinha que guarda carros, um senhorzinho de bigode, além de ríspido deixou meu carro com cheiro de cigarro.

Ruim pelo preço que foi cobrado.
Banheiro não condiz com o restante do hotel: é velho e não dá a impressão de estar limpo. O atendimento na recepção foi frio e pouco acolhedor: parecia que estávamos fazendo um favor de nos hospedarmos por lá. Único local dentro do hotel que fomos bem atendidos foi pelo pessoal do café da manhã.

Baladinha do fim-de-semana.
Foi somente uma diária mas conseguimos aproveitar a piscina, uma delícia!! O quarto muito espaçoso proporciona sentimento de estar em casa! Muito bom!

Muito bom hotel mas barulhento
O Hotel tem uma estrutura bacana, os quartos são grandes bem equipados, cozinha excelente. Estacionamento grátis bom e tranquilo. Café e Internet bons. Mas achei muito barulhento. Inicialmente me hospedei no 12 andar, andar alto e virado para os fundos, mas não ficamos nem 5 minutos, pois estava tendo um evento em um salão da rua de trás com som muito alto. A recepcionista disse que eventos são recorrentes. Então trocamos por um que estava virado para a rua, quarto 25, mas também achei barulhento, menos mas barulhento. O barulho desse segundo quarto se deve a um viaduto que passa rente ao hotel.

Banheiro sujo
A limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar, no azulejo do box havia um chumaço de cabelos o que deixou bem claro que não haviam limpado o espaço, pois caso contrário algo assim não passaria desapercebido. Quando reportamos na portaria a reação não foi de grande espanto, nos ofereceram trocar de quarto, mas como estávamos de saída pra uma festa acabamos não tendo tempo, pensei que quando saíssemos iriam limpar para ficarmos em um ambiente melhor, mas não os cabelos continuaram lá... isso que o check-out é às 12h e o check-in apenas às 14h.. não voltaríamos a nos hospedar.
