GOOD: - New and clean - Free locker for luggage storage BAD: - Poor design that toilet and washing basin are on opposite ends of bedroom - No mini fridge - Only one small rubbish bin in toilet - Window binders do not work- even after fixing, there is always one binder that didn’t go up or down. It could be left hand side today and right hand side tomorrow. - Small sink makes it difficult to wash face without bumping to the faucet or spilling water everywhere - 1 pair of slipper for a triple room - 2 small bottles of water for 3 guests. When we asked for more, we had the choice of tap water for free or 1 more bottle for €7. WORST: - Hotel system has been hacked with data leaks. We received WhatsApp message requesting for online check in to get electronic keys to our room. This saves time, but immediately after we did the check in we got messages requesting verification of our credit card for the booking. Given the second message arrived immediately after the first one, we complied though with doubts. Long story short, the e-check in is not safe, we have been charged hundreds of €, hotel front desk didn’t care and didn’t try to understand. - Either the cleaning team or the guy who came to fix the binder left our hotel room door unlocked and with a small open gap. We were shocked to see that we could push the door open without unlocking it. All in all, horrible experience and will not return.
