Wonderful breakfast and service every morning. A quiet respite from a bustling city. Oh, and good margaritas!

Quiet, comfortable stay
Lovely stay here for a week. The room was very comfortable (apart from a bit of a tight bathroom). The cleaners did a top-notch job on the room every day. The bathroom had very nice l’Occitane body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash. The hotel and surrounding neighbourhood were very quiet. The breakfast each morning was healthy, fresh and tasty. Great stay!

Good place close to the centre
The only real issue was we asked for a king bed and got a queen. The breakfast was good, and it was within good proximity to major sites we wanted to see.

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely vacation in Mexico City at Hotel Villa Condesa. It's a cute little boutique hotel in La Condesa, a great, walkable neighborhood with lots of excellent restaurants and bars. The staff at the hotel were super helpful for us during our stay, giving us recommendations and answering any questions we had. There was even a basket of umbrellas for guests to take out for the day, a nice touch during the rainy season in Mexico City!

Lovely small hotel
Tucked away in a quiet street, but around the corner from restaurants, cafes and bustling life. Charming old home, tastefully remodeled with a mix of old and new. We especially enjoyed the upper level balcony to relax after a day on the town, and breakfasts in the pretty garden. The hotel is kept immaculate and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Very quiet, the only thing we could hear in the morning was birds singing. We felt at home and would definitely come back.

Great location. Great customer service. Very clean room. Good breakfast. Very good value for money. Only one comment: shower items all come in small sample sizes? Although they are all "L Occitane" products, so a minor issue really.

8/10 Very Good

A good location nestled in a residential neighbourhood with proximity to various part of the city. Hotel is a bit dated especially the room. Staff were friendly. Was not happy that the price I ended up paying in pesos was way more than the price I committed in USD on Expedia. The exchange rate was way above the prevailing rates.

Excellent Choice
This is one of the most beautiful and tranquil hotels I have ever stayed at. The service was exceptional, we loved our room and we loved the environs of the hotel. We got the breakfast at the cafe daily and that was also wonderful. I would definitely stay here again, and the neighborhood was ideal for our first time visit to Mexico City - safe, great restaurants and shops, close to parks and a good grocery store.
