Our hotel in Paraty from now on
Great hotel, extremely clean and easy to park a car. $30 reais cab ride to historic district. Check in/out was easy and the room was good enough for 2 people. They have no phone in the room but it didn't seem to be a problem. Internet worked well. Pool was great along with the bar. Reception area is also very spacious making it comfortable to gather the group. Wait until you see their breakfast spread. I hugged the lady who prepares it, she definitely loves what she does. Breakfast was superb. We will be back. Thank you!!!

Great place to stay
The hotel was wonderful! Not sure if daily house keeping was standard but they didn't come to our room once to empty the bin, change our towels or change the bed. After the third day, the room was a bit dirty. The walk to town is fine if it is sunny, but we had rain the whole time and the road/path is not nice to walk on when wet. If raining make sure you have proper shoes and an umbrella. Overall though, the hotel was fantastic!

Boa estadia, atendimento excelente desde a chegada, café da manhã gostoso. Bom custo benefício. Pontos a melhorar, chuveiro elétrico e não esquentava muito bem, só conseguimos usar no morno, se abrisse muito a água ficava gelada. Pela hospedagem ter sido em dias que esfriaram, fez muita diferença. Piscina no site estava como aquecida, mas não funcionava nos dias que estive, escolhi a pousada justamente pela piscina e não aproveitei nenhum dia.

Ótimo lugar mas tive surpresas.
Quando fiz a busca pelas pousadas da região usei o filtro “Aceita pets” e quando chego no local sou surpreendido com uma taxa de 50 reais e uma lista de exigências pois o hotel não é pet friendly mas recebe o animal, tive que mudar toda a lojista e rotina da minha viagem pois não podia deixar o animal no quarto, ou sequer fazer qualquer atividade pelo hotel com tranquilidade por conta do receio de receber qualquer penalidade, ou seja, o que era descanso fiquei sob total alerta. Amei os dias hospedado, todos nós fomos bem tratados mas acho que o local pecou e muito nessa falta de informação. Ainda bem que meu cão é de pequeno porte pois se fosse de médio ou grande eu teria que procurar outro lugar, isso foi bem chato mas levei com tranquilidade, já estava correndo de estresse e não iria arrumar na viajem de descanso.

Gostamos muito do local. Muito limpo, durante toda a estadia haviam funcionários fazendo a limpeza dos corredores, piscina e fazendo a manutenção dos jardins. Os funcionários todos solicitos. um café da manhã com várias opções. Há um estacionamento coberto e fechado. A piscina é aquecida e a ducha também aquecida. Há o serviço de Wi-Fi porém bem lento, há roteadores espelhados nos corredores, porém em alguns pontos do quarto o Wi-Fi não pegava. Gostamos muito da estadia, e voltaria novamente com certeza.

Pousada super charmosa!
A pousada é uma delícia e super charmosa. Todos os funcionários foram super educados, gentis e solícitos. Café da manhã muito bem servido, muita variedade e saboroso. Também pedimos um aperitivo no bar em uma das tardes, e estava delicioso! O quarto era pequeno mas nos atendeu super bem. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Dois pontos sobre o quarto: se você tem o sono leve, pode ser que se incomode um pouco, pois as paredes e janelas deixam passar os barulhos externos. Outro ponto é o box do banheiro, ele não é 100% fechado, o que faz com que o vento frio entre durante o banho. Estive lá em Maio/24, e a noite ficava bem gelado, mesmo embaixo da água. Ainda assim, foram detalhes que não atrapalharam em nada nossa experiência, super recomendo a pousada e com certeza voltarei quando for a Paraty novamente.
