The suite requires more attention from the staff. The place was not cleaned well, there was hair in the shower cabinet, the countertop was stained, the floor was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was not stocked well with soap, we have to change the soap dispenser by ourselves and there was not enough soap to change the second one. The breakfast was poor quality. For the price asked for this accommodation, the overall experience and service quality should be much better, very disappointing.

Ich habe kürzlich in diesem Hotel übernachtet und eine durchweg positive Erfahrung gemacht. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und das Personal war stets höflich und professionell. Das Zimmer war sauber und einwandfrei eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung entsprach der Beschreibung auf Expedia. Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Badezimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück bot eine großzügige Auswahl an Speisen, qualitativ durchweg positiv. Das Abendessen wurde als Buffet angeboten und war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt für jedermann, von einer wunderschönen Landschaft umgeben. Vorallem Familien mit Kinder profitieren an dem vielfältigen Angeboten und der ausgezeichneten Lage. Ich kann das Hotel Alpenhof uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme ganz sicher bald wieder! Vielen Dank für alles!
