The room was like a studio apartment. Very clean and comfortable. I was expecting a couch for an additional sleeping spot, but the room only had a queen size bed. The bathroom was small but updated and clean. The thermostat in the room was not adjustable. The room was 66°, so we had to use the provided space heater to heat up the room. The freezer in the mini-fridge needed to be defrosted.

Foyer was beautiful, floors were beautifully shined! Our room was large, comfortable, clean and looked just like the pictures. It seemed as tho there was some staff available during tornado warning where directed to the basement and at the continental breakfast altho without identification. This was a great set up for two couples. One huge bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom. It was especially nice to have two rooms for this bathroom. By this I mean there was a room with a toilet and a nice shower behind a door and a room with a table and sink and vanity behind a door. The other bedroom was smaller with a queen bed and the access to the bathroom required going through the living room. Each couple just used their respective bathroom. It was nice sized as well. There were individual window units in each bedroom and in the living room. They were a little loud but it was good white noise for sleeping. We never heard any noise from another room. There are things to buy for breakfast and a coffee pot available but I’m not sure if there’s a free breakfast. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace. The speakeasy in the basement had young adults playing pool when we went about 4pm. Although there was liquor behind the bar, there wasn’t a bartender. We didn’t really know what the protocol was so we didn’t stick around. This property was nice and very clean and convenient. It had a good vibe and we all enjoyed our stay.

We checked in after hours so our check in letter was on the counter with all the check in directions. The sliding door, at the ramp to use the cart to transport our luggage inside, was turned off. We had to call the person on call to help who had to call maintenance and they were able to trouble shoot and found that the power to the door was turned off. I think this is the only issue we had. It was very clean. The roof access was neat but was occupied by several older people who smoked the entire time and as a non smoker that was unpleasant.

This room was a small space, it was tight for me. The bathroom toilet was too close to the wall. The shower was updated. There was a random large about 5 feet unattached and with no base floor mirror sitting on the floor which I moved to the side. The kitchen faucet in the room extended too far over the sink. The grounds were well maintained. The parking lot was a bit tight although adequate but in need of resurfacing. I did get a cup of coffee and saw apples and oranges. I saw only two staff during my stay. This facility is well run with many things self-service. The TV remove did not work but I was able to manually turn the TV on and change the channels and adjust the volume with my hand. The facility seemed very secure. I rate my stay a 4 out of 5. Thank you

Room was awesome. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. No one there so we had to call and we got a response with our room number and code for door. Turns out you need a code for building in addition. Called back and got that. Then the code to our room wasn't working and had to be reset. Other than the code problems we had we would highly recommend this place.
