We had a great stay at the Pagano Guest house. We were warmly welcomed and we were allowed to leave our luggage prior to checking in as we arrived early and also we were allowed to leave our luggage on our departure day as we didn’t leave until 6pm. Everything regarding our arrival was explained by Francesca via WhatsApp in great detail and any questions were answered directly. We loved the location within walking distance to all the sights, and great restaurants as it was just off the Main Street but very quiet nothing was to much trouble I would definitely recommend and owner so friendly

Beautiful B&B! The room was lovely and quiet despite being right in the heart of all the action. It was well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were very responsive via WhatsApp to any questions. Could not ask for a more convenient location for walking to many of the attractions, and there are tonnes of restaurants nearby.

We had an amazing experience at this place while visiting Palermo. The location is perfect just by the livly main street, and in addition there is a balcony with table and chairs. The service was excellent with very friendly staff. Newly renovated room, super clean and nice. We missed the check in instructions but that was solved without any trouble.
