I stayed there for 4 days. I checked in and they told me elevator was down. I have to use stairs for 3 days and my room was at 7th floor. Another thing I didn’t like is my privacy. When they knocked the door for cleaning and you are sleeping they will open the door and get inside . They should do better as Hotel.

The lobby smelled like urine, the property was under construction, most of the amenities were either in poor working condition or not working at all. The rooms smelled fresh of paint, the balcony railing was hanging off the hinges. There was no microwave in the room no phone to call down to the lobby and was missing a nightstand. The only positive from this experience came from the front desk staff who were very pleasant and helpful.

Just an overall awful place. The rooms had no chairs…no lights except for one lamp. The bathroom had no towel racks or any place for shower items. No ice machine on any floor. No working elevator. The view from the room was the only thing good for the room. Will not stay here ever again.

They charged my debit card twice. then they couldn’t figure out how to fix it, told me to call the management company on a weekday. Beautiful view of the ocean. parking was awful. they had about 12 spots on the main property, and a few more across the street,I ended up parking nearly a block away.

Terrible Experience Despite the appealing location and beach access, the construction chaos, safety hazards, room maintenance issues, and lack of basic amenities made this an unacceptable stay. The property feels like a construction zone rather than a functioning hotel. I would not return and cannot recommend this to other families, regardless of the price point. Would not recommend to family or anyone seeking a comfortable, safe stay Major Issues Construction Hazards and Safety Concerns • Active construction throughout the property with debris scattered everywhere • Standing waste water throughout the premises creating unsanitary conditions • Slippery stairs with standing water on the way to the 5th floor, making it dangerous when juggling kids, luggage, and beach cart • Non-functional elevator when needed most, forcing us to navigate hazardous stairs Room Conditions • Strong paint fumes permeating the room with poor ventilation • Severe condensation problems with wet floors and water dripping from the ceiling • High humidity requiring us to set temperature below 70°F just to manage moisture • Wet bedding and luggage from the condensation issues Missing or Broken Amenities • No microwave, Iron in the room • Coffee machine not properly set up to dispense • No outdoor water spigots to rinse sand off beach equipment • Pool is the only amenity available without pool or beach towels. The Good - Ocean view from the room - Direct beach access - Bunk Beds for kids. Kids loved it.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was extremely clean which made our stay even better. It had a great view and was in an awesome location. I would definitely stay there again. I wish there was a microwave in the room but other than that it was perfect.

The only good thing about this hotel was the beachfront and the staff. As soon as we walked in the room there was still sand in several places so it was not properly cleaned. When I booked it said daily cleaning so I didn’t know that housekeeping had to be requested instead of automatically done. When they did finally come clean they left the sheets and everything right outside our room door overnight and during the next day. Room needs a microwave and at least A chair to sit . We decided to add another night and booked supposedly a bigger room because it said “suite” and we even paid more but ended up giving us the same room . Needs a good cleaning outside as well and shower to rinse yourself from the beach was not working . I would not stay here again . Also when I booked it said fees included and I was charged extra fees !!

I booked a suite room with 2 bedroom for 8 peoples but when we arrived in the hotel they said they don't have that room , so they can't help me for another room but they take money already. So I have to find another hotel near them because I left my wife and kids there . I made another reservation somewhere 😬

The ladies up front as well the security guards and the maintenance men were great and friendly, just a had issues that had me and my family frustrated first thr keys to the door worked but the door wouldn’t open so maintenance had to come and worked on that while we wait outside, secondly electric power had went out om the left side of the room right when we were in bed sleeping I flipped the breaker and it didn’t come on till early the next morning so we basically had no lower on that side of the room . While that was happening I was told me my wife n two kids would be moved to another room but they’re were no more rooms available then staff said they would move us to another location after they called the bosses I told her naw it’s fine we’re going to sleep anyways and then I was told that I would receive 25 bucks off my stay and back to me along wit the extra 117$ that was taken out after my room was already paid for . I was told that money would show back up on my card in three days so overall stay was good but very frustrating

No refrigerator or microwave, tv never worked the entire stay. We told the staff multiple times and they was absolutely no help. Elevator was sketchy to say the least. There are a lot nicer properties for the same price do yourself a favor and go there!

The location was great because it’s beachfront. And the balcony with a beach view is superb!! A microwave in the room could be very useful especially if you’re on the other building and not on the main building with the receptionist where they have the microwave.

Checked in on a Thursday all they had was 5th/6th floor rooms and elevators were down! Pretty much down our entire visit, thankfully it worked on our checkout day (Sunday). Shower leaked water all into the bathroom floor, while room had a mini fridge, it would have been nice to have a microwave also.

The hotel room was as expected and there was a great view from the balcony. There were 2 issues: the elevator kept going out and no microwave in the room. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and would probably book it again because it seem like that doing some renovations.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our stay was unacceptable. We checked in on Saturday to find both elevators out of service, which meant carrying all of our luggage up six flights of stairs. On Sunday, one elevator was repaired, but within a couple of hours guests got stuck in it and it was shut down again. Management later claimed the elevators weren't out for a full 24 hours, but that's misleading. They technically worked for an hour or two before breaking again. We still had to use the stairs for nearly our entire stay. The final straw happened Monday. We left to pick up our wedding cake, and when we returned, our room door was standing open and someone had clearly been inside. Thankfully nothing appeared to be missing, but that's a serious security issue. When I spoke with the manager, I expected concern or at least an apology. Instead, he was dismissive and condescending. He repeatedly insisted the elevators had been working, essentially implying I was lying. I'd remember carrying luggage up six flights of stairs if they had been. He also kept brushing aside the fact that our room had been entered, choosing instead to tell me not to raise my voice. Mechanical issues happen. Poor customer service doesn't have to. The lack of accountability and concern was more disappointing than the elevator problems. We left feeling ignored and questioning the security of our belongings. I would not stay here again. Do better!

Beware!!! An hour before we arrived I was notified by a friend (who was also staying there) that the elevators were not working. I called and requested a room on a lower floor because I am pregnant and traveling with children. They moved my room from the 7th floor to the 5th. 90 steps to climb one way each time I had to go up to my room. Miserable. When I arrived I was informed that their parking lot was also a public pay to park/free for guests, but no parking pass. They recommended that I park in the back so I don't get towed. More steps to climb. When I got up to my room there was sticky stuff on the nightstand and used cups outside on the balcony. After taking a shower I went to shut the blinds in my room only to have the whole thing fall off on top of me. The doors are put on backward in the shower so you so can only turn on if you are standing in it. Nice blast of cold water.No iron, no microwave, and no ice machines. I was awakened at 6am to nailing and drilling into the walls in the room next to me. Who does construction in a HOTEL at 6am?! This was extremely disappointing because I specifically took a trip with my older children so that I could relax before the baby comes while dad stayed home with our other baby. When I went to make coffee there was no cream or sugar. Had to go down 5 flights of stairs to get some. The pool had not been cleaned. Large pieces of styrofoam, hair, leaves, bugs, etc. The trash was over flowing in the common areas from the night before.
