The digital check-in process is very complex and time consuming: Wait for an email, fill out another form, wait for message, install their app, wait for check-in time, get code, setup digital key on your phone...etc.
When we did get into the room, the wifi internet info we were given was wrong. When I asked for help, we discovered the wifi actually didn't work at all. After one day THEY gave up even attempting to fix it. No wifi or TV the entire week. I asked for a partial refund and they only refunded $50 for the entire 4 night stay.
The room itself seemed newly remodeled but was NOT CLEAN when we arrived. There were what appeared to be cereal crumbs on the sofa and the tables and floors were dusty. It seemed maybe like the place had never been used before because everything was new, but they didn't bother cleaning it after maybe a worker had been in?
There was a couple really dumb things, like the person who installed the soap dispensers in the shower upside down so they fall to the floor when you use them and the silverware tray was too tall for the shallow kitchen drawer making it impossible to open the drawer. I had to dig the silverware out by sticking my hand along the side of the tray. Also, ZERO hangers in the closet.
The location is perfect. Only a 10 minute walk to downtown Ft. Myers and Publix only a block away. The pool looked nice but we didn't use it because of the weather. The gym was adequate for a basic daily workout.
At least the bed was comfortable
