Both room and bathroom were spacious,comfortable and exceptionally clean with a large multi channel TV. The staff were friendly and eager to be of assistance. Very good location with many restaurants in the vicinity and a short walk to U Bahn and S Bahn stations. My only slight reservations - no paper tissues provided in rooms and limited evening meal menu.

Exceptional Stay – Above and Beyond Service! There truly are not enough positive things I can say about our stay. We stayed in a Junior Suite on the 7th floor, and our experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The staff was amazing—kind, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. I was traveling with my mother and child, and my mother has some mobility limitations. The staff went above and beyond to make her comfortable. They found a shower chair for our room and even located a wheelchair and arranged to have it delivered to the hotel for her to use during our stay. When traveling internationally with an older parent who needs extra assistance, this level of care means more than I can express. We never felt like we were inconveniencing anyone; the staff genuinely seemed happy to help. Our suite was comfortable, but it was truly the people who made this hotel special. Thank you for your kindness and exceptional hospitality. You helped make our time in Berlin unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again! Five stars without hesitation!

Zentral gelegen. Supermärkte nebenan und Ku’damm ebenso. Unsere Wasserflasche auf dem Zimmer wurde am 2. Tag nicht gewechselt. Das Frühstücksraum war zw. 9-10 Uhr extrem voll und die meisten Plätze waren belegt. Der Fernseher ging von alleine an nachts/früh morgens. Die Zimmerkarte hat am letzten Tag nicht funktioniert. Alles Kleinigkeiten, aber daher keine 5 volle Sterne.

Vi havde en fantastisk tur til Berlin og vores ophold på dette hotel var skønt. Beliggenheden er virkelig god og gøre det nemt at komme rundt i byen, selvom vi havde 2 små børn med. En virkelig dejlig hotel og værelse.
